The Verwey family’s passion for this culinary innovation led to the opening of the first Stonegrill™ Restaurant in Australia in 1985. By 1991, they had established Stonegrill International Pty. Ltd as a private company, solidifying the Stonegrill™ brand.
The 1990s marked the company’s foray into the international market, and it quickly gained global recognition.
